Billing & plans
Free, Pay as you go, Pro, and Enterprise plans, usage rates, and billing management.
Billing is per organization, managed on the Billing page. It shows your plan, available credits, metered usage, and subscription status. Every organization member can view billing; owners and admins manage plans, payment methods, and spending limits.
Plans
The public plans are Free, Pay as you go, Pro, and Enterprise. Free needs no credit card. Pro supports monthly or annual billing; its included usage resets monthly with either interval. Enterprise pricing, included usage, and any additional entitlements are agreed in your contract.

Pay as you go includes Free features, higher project and team limits, and adjustable spending limits: add a card in Billing for $0 in subscription fees, $10 of included usage each month, and paid usage beyond that allowance within your chosen budget.
Monthly usage allowances are shared across all meters. They do not stack when you change plans and do not roll over. The same metered rates apply to Free, pay as you go, and Pro; Enterprise agreements can define custom terms.
Existing organizations on legacy Free, Hobby, Startup, or contracted plans retain their attached plan's terms until they change plans or are explicitly migrated. Check Billing for your organization's actual allowance and entitlements.
Manufact for Startups
Teams with less than $2M in total funding, including bootstrapped companies, can apply through Manufact for Startups. Eligibility, allowance, and terms are reviewed and confirmed individually.
Usage rates
Metered usage draws from one shared, dollar-denominated credit pool (1 credit = $0.01). Volume discounts are graduated: each band applies only to the usage within that band. Monthly bands reset per organization, including on annual Pro subscriptions. Included credits are applied to the resulting metered cost.

For example, 2 million tool calls cost $100 for the first million and $90 for the next million, before included credits are applied.
A qualifying premium publishing check adds one extension charge to its basic run, whether policy review, E2E, or both ran. Bandwidth uses decimal GB (1 GB = 1,000 MB). Prices are USD before tax.
Usage
The Billing page shows Available credits, metered Usage, and the amount Billed beyond included credits. Subscription fees are separate from metered usage.
The usage breakdown lists tool calls, MCP Evals, publishing checks, submission packs, builds, bandwidth, and managed-chat LLM output tokens. Each row shows its raw quantity and cost. A Recent usage (updating) line can appear while recent consumption is being aggregated.
What is metered

Plan limits and included usage
Project counts, team members, analytics retention, and region access are plan entitlements. Hosted servers and external MCP connections both count toward the project limit. Pending invitations count toward team-member limits.
There is no separate fixed monthly tool-call count on the current plans: all meters draw from the shared allowance.
- Free: usage pauses at the plan's usage limit. No paid overage is charged. Add a card and enable pay as you go, or upgrade, to continue with paid usage.
- Pay as you go and Pro: additional metered usage is billed within the organization's selected additional-usage budget. Adding a card does not remove spending controls.
- Enterprise: contracted limits and usage terms apply.
Overage protection
Owners and admins can set Overage protection in Billing for paid usage beyond the monthly allowance. New pay as you go and Pro activations start with $0 of additional usage allowed; increase the budget to authorize paid overage.
For example, pay as you go includes $10 of monthly usage. With a $50 additional-usage budget, the organization can consume $60 of metered usage in that month. Pro's subscription fee is billed separately from any additional usage.
At the budget limit, metered actions pause and MCP tool calls return 402 Payment Required. Adjust the budget in Billing to resume. Usage is reported in near-real-time batches, so actions already in flight may produce a small amount above the limit before enforcement reaches every server.
Platform credits
Some organizations receive platform credit, such as partner grants. Billing shows the remaining balance when present. Platform credits roll over month to month and are applied to invoices until depleted; they are separate from the monthly usage allowance.
Billing emails
Billing contacts receive invoice receipts, payment-failure notices, plan-change confirmations, usage alerts, overage-limit alerts, and monthly usage summaries when applicable.
Managing your subscription
- Enable pay as you go: add a payment method from Billing and select an additional-usage budget.
- Choose Pro: select monthly or yearly billing and complete Stripe checkout for the active organization.
- Change an existing subscription: use the available actions in Billing or Manage subscription. Review the effective date and any invoice adjustment before confirming.
- Cancel: use Manage subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period shown in Billing.
Invoices and payment methods are available through Manage subscription in the Stripe Customer Portal. Contact us for Enterprise terms or changes that are not available in Billing.
