Feedback

End-user and agent feedback captured through your server's gateway.

The Feedback tab collects feedback submitted through a synthetic send_feedback tool that Manufact injects at the gateway when enabled. Use it to see what users and agents report about your server's behavior.

Enabling feedback capture

Turn on the Feedback tool toggle in the tab header, or enable Feedback tool under Settings → Analytics capture. The change applies immediately — no redeploy required.

When disabled, the tab shows an empty state explaining how to enable capture.

Feedback table

Each row shows:

  • Feedback text — the message submitted
  • SourceUser or Agent
  • Client — which MCP client sent the feedback
  • Session — link to the originating interaction
  • Time — when the feedback was received

Filter by Source and Client using the column controls. Click a session link to open the session timeline for full context.

Privacy

Feedback may contain user-provided text. Enable the feedback tool only when you need it, and review Analytics capture settings alongside Capture payloads if you also need request/response bodies for debugging.
